Jacquelin F. Drucker
Arbitration Offices of Jacquelin F DruckerJacquelin F. Drucker has been a full-time arbitrator for sixteen years. With offices in New York City and Celina, Ohio, she maintains a national and international practice focusing on employment, labor, and commercial matters that arise in an extensive array of industries and pose a wide range of complex legal issues. Ms. Drucker previously practiced labor and employment law on the management side, worked as a union lobbyist, and served as general counsel, executive director, and vice chair of a state employment relations board.
Ms. Drucker is a Past Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and just completed a four-year term as Neutral Co-Chair of the ADR Committee of the ABA's Labor and Employment Law Section. She also is former Chair of the Labor Relations and Employment Law Committee of the New York County Lawyers Association. Ms. Drucker is a Governor of the National Academy of Arbitrators and a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. She is on the adjunct faculty of the Cornell University Institute for Conflict Resolution and ILR School, where she previously served as Director of Programs for Neutrals. Ms. Drucker has trained arbitrators for the AAA's national employment panel, the NAA, and The Republic of Panamá. She writes and lectures extensively on arbitration and is Editor in Chief of the ABA treatise, ADR in Employment Law (forthcoming, BNA).
