Jeffrey C. Brodin
Arizona Public ServiceJeffrey C. Brodin is Senior Attorney with Pinnacle West Capitol Corporation, a Fortune 500 diversified energy company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Pinnacle West is the parent company of Arizona Public Service Company, Arizona's principal electric energy supplier. Mr. Brodin is responsible for all labor, employment, and benefits legal issues facing Pinnacle West and its 6,500 employees. He has nearly 20 years of employment law experience in both law firm and in-house practice. Mr. Brodin is active in the American Bar Association and the Arizona State and Maricopa County Bar Associations. Mr. Brodin was honored by the Maricopa County Bar Association as its Member of the Year in 1999 and in 2003 was named as one of the “Best of the Bar” in labor and employment law by the Phoenix Business Journal. Mr. Brodin is very involved in community activities, including serving as Vice-Chair of the Employment Law Committee of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Brodin is presently serving on the Boards of Directors of the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education and Body Positive, a Community-based AIDS service organization, where he was served as Board Chair. Mr. Brodin has served on the Board of Phoenix Art Museum Contempory Forum and helped found the HIV⁄AIDS Law Project in Phoenix. Mr. Brodin is a member of Valley Leadership Class XIX. Mr. Brodin earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois, and his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law. He is a Member of the Arizona and Illinois bars.
