David Borgen is a Shareholder of Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho, PC in Oakland, California. David has been representing workers in labor and employment litigation since 1981. He is an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) where he chaired the Wage Hour Committee. He also co-chaired the Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) Labor and Employment Law Section. He has been on the Editorial Board for the Section's Fair Labor Standards Act and Wage and Hour Laws Treatises (published with Bloomberg /BNA). He is a member of the Board of Governors of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, a national honorary society and a frequent speaker on class action and wage/hour issues. David limits his practice to wage/hour and discrimination class and collective actions.
