Timothy J. Darby is Project Director of the Legal and Business Publishing Group at The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. He is also liaison to the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law for the many treatises it publishes with BNA Books.

He is co-Editor-in-Chief of International Labor and Employment Laws, Second Edition, Volumes I and II and Supplements, and one of the Associate Editors of How to Take a Case Before the NLRB, Seventh Edition and Supplement. He is also editor of the newsletter for the International Labor and Employment Law Committee of the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law.

Mr. Darby received an LLM in Labor and Employment Law with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center and a J.D. with distinction from George Mason University School of Law.  He is a member of the Virginia Bar and of the American Bar Association and its Section of Labor and Employment Law.
