Timothy J. Aiken is the senior shareholder in the law firm of Aiken & Scoptur, which services referral lawyers throughout the Midwest and limits its practice to professional malpractice, product liability and general trial work.  Mr. Aiken has presented papers on subjects including expert witnesses, product liability, computers for the disabled, expanding special damages, voir dire and closing arguments for the State Bar of Wisconsin, ATLA, Campbell Law School, Marquette Law School, and the Medical College of Wisconsin.
