Stephen G. Auer is a partner with the firm of Christensen & Auer.  Steve's practice involves both health care transactional and litigation matters, focusing primarily on medical staff peer review, physician credentialing, hospital and medical group operations, managed care transactions, mergers and acquisitions of hospitals and medical groups, and telemedicine.  Steve was formerly in-house health care counsel to the University of Southern California.  Prior to specializing in health care law, Steve maintained a litigation practice, starting with the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office and then moving into private practice as a commercial and real estate litigator.  He is a member of the ABA, Health Law Section, the American Health Lawyers Association, and the California Society of Healthcare Attorneys.
