Steven Seymour is an accomplished business litigator with an emphasis on labor and employment law as well as fiduciary litigation. As an expert in civil litigation, Mr. Seymour focuses on cases involving disability, and sexual discrimination, wrongful termination, and non-compete agreements. His experience in fiduciary litigation has focused on complex disputes involving trusts and estates. Mr. Seymour serves as the municipal judge for the City of Mosier; formerly, he served as Chairman of the Litigation Section of the Oregon State Bar.
