Dale Cendali heads Kirkland and Ellis' Copyright, Trademark, Internet and Advertising practice.  She has litigated numerous high-profile cases, including the Obama “Hope” poster case and the J.K. Rowling Lexicon case, and she has argued before the US Supreme Court. Law360 named Dale one of the 25 Icons of IP, and the National Law Journal named her one of the ‎100 Most Influential Lawyers in America and one of “America's Top 50 Women Litigators.” Dale is a prolific writer and a leader in many bar organizations.  Among other things, she served on the ABA IP Section's Council and was also Counsel to the Board at INTA, along with many other leadership positions there.  Dale is also an adjunct professor at Harvard Law School, teaching Copyright and Trademark Law and Litigation.
