Aaron Garber, Esq., graduated from Temple Law School, Cum laude, in 1997. He primarily maintains a consumer and business debtor bankruptcy practice, including filings under Chapters 7, 11, and 13, at the law firm of Kutner Miller Brinen, P.C., where he is a shareholder. Prior to joining Kutner Miller Brinen, P.C. he practiced bankruptcy at the law firm of Pepper Hamilton, LLP in the Wilmington, Delaware office. He is licensed to practice law before the Courts of Colorado and Delaware. He has written articles and presentation materials for and presented at numerous continuing legal education seminars on an array of bankruptcy topics.
