David Collins, Esq., has been a member of the Colorado Bar since 2004. He began his career as a criminal prosecutor with the Denver City Attorney's office, where his primary caseload was domestic violence. From there David went on to work as an Immigration Defense Attorney. David took a break from the law from 2010-2017, during which time he was the Director of the Division of Early Care and Learning at the Colorado Department of Human Services, and then the Director of Operations for the Denver Preschool Program. David returned to law in early 2017 to return to immigration defense, but soon found carrying a family law case load and from there decided to make family law his primary practice. In his free time David enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in his passion for urban farming.
