Chris Cash manages the Charities Program for the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office. He was responsible for implementing the nation’s first all-electronic filing system for charities and their fundraisers when amendments to the Colorado Charitable Solicitations Act added charities registration in 2002. A lifelong Coloradan, he graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Political Science. Chris is a past president of the National Association of State Charity Officials (NASCO), which is a forum for the exchange of views and experiences relating to charitable trust and charitable solicitation issues.
