Shane Percival, Esq., is a Partner at Neugeboren O'Dowd PC, a Louisville, Colorado based intellectual property and business law firm. Shane partners with long-term clients to proactively identify value and implement strategies to develop, protect, enforce, and commercialize assets obtained to protect that value. Shane specializes in global brand protection strategies and enforcement, implementing and managing global patent protection programs, and ensuring corporate agreements protect intellectual property and business assets. Shane graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, worked as an engineer six years, and then earned his J.D. at the University of Denver. Shane is licensed to practice law in Colorado, in front of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and at the USPTO. When he's not guiding clients on intellectual property and business law, you can find Shane and his wife driving their three children to their sporting and extracurricular events, on the slopes, and occasionally in Maui.
