Samantha Fite, Esq., is Of Counsel at Ritsema and Lyon, PC. Ms. Fite is licensed to practice in Colorado. Ms. Fite joined Ritsema & Lyon, P.C. in 2005 and practices in the areas of workers' compensation and Medicare Secondary Payer law; however, her focus is on Medicare Secondary Payer issues. Ms. Fite currently manages MSP Solutions for Ritsema & Lyon, P.C. In addition to managing MSP Solutions, Ms. Fite offers client training services on Medicare Secondary Payer compliance. Prior to joining Ritsema & Lyon, Ms. Fite worked for the Joffe Law Firm where she practiced criminal appellate law for the Alternate Defense Counsel. Ms. Fite received her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000. She subsequently received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center where she was a senior articles editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and National Association of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP). In her spare time, Ms. Fite is a distance runner and has completed one full and multiple half-marathons. She also actively participates in Team Challenge, the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation's half-marathon training program, is a coach for Girls on the Run Denver and is a member of the development team for Minds Matter of Denver, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that brings bright and motivated inner-city high school students together with dedicated mentors to achieve academic excellence and expand educational horizons.
