Melora Bentz, Esq., is a mediator, human relations consultant, and restorative justice facilitator focused on solving problems via creative collaboration. She is the owner of Middle Path Mediation, LLC, where she leads parties in conflict to a middle path, a workable ground, toward resolution. Melora provides low-cost mediation services to parties in Denver City and County Courts with Court Mediation Services, and she conducts legal writing for The Office of Alternate Defense Counsel. She serves as co-chair of the Colorado Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution Section's Equity, Diversity & Inclusivity Committee. She is an anti-racism advocate and member of the inaugural class of the Colorado Diverse Attorneys Community Circle. As a restorative justice facilitator (Restorative Denver) she advocates for equal access to justice and helps people to transform conflict into opportunity. She enjoys the Colorado outdoors, traveling, playing the guitar, writing, and acting as mediator for her cat and dog.
