Jennifer Seidman, Esq., has focused her practice on construction defect litigation and related appeals since 2007 at Burg, Simpson, Eldredge, Hersh & Jardine, P.C. in Englewood, Colorado, and Sullan2, Sandgrund, Perczak & Nuss, P.C. (and its predecessors until its merger with Burg Simpson in 2014). She presents educational seminars, co-authors articles on important construction defect law issues, and serves as the Torts and Insurance column editor for The Colorado Lawyer. She is admitted to practice before all Colorado courts and is a mediator. Before joining the construction defect group in 2007, Ms. Seidman was an Assistant Regional Director of a social justice and human rights nonprofit organization. She lives in Littleton with her two children and more pets and plants than she can possibly count.
