Jared Briant, Esq., a partner with Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, is an intellectual property litigator and trial lawyer whose practice focuses on the consumer products, life sciences and agribusiness industries. In particular, Jared has secured numerous litigation victories—including trial wins—in copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, counterfeiting and false advertising cases in federal and state courts nationwide. Jared also has experience with TROs, preliminary injunctions, seizure orders and other expedited relief proceedings. In doing so, Jared represents a wide array of clients and brands, including national retailers, footwear and apparel companies, medical device manufacturers, outdoor retailers, and food and beverage companies. Jared also serves as the Office Leader for Faegre Drinker’s Denver office and sits on the steering committee for the firm’s Consumer Products and Retail Industry Group.
