Jonathan P. Fero, Esq., is a partner of the Denver firm Semple, Farrington, Everall & Case, P.C. He specializes in education law, complex constitutional litigation, and appellate practice. Before entering private practice in 2016, Jon spent 12 years in the Colorado Attorney General's Office working for the Appellate Division, Education Unit, and Public Officials Unit. He also served as an Assistant Solicitor General. Jon has briefed and argued several landmark cases before the Colorado Supreme Court, including the Lobato and Dwyer school finance cases. He is an adjunct professor of Legal Ethics and Professionalism at his alma mater, the University of Colorado Law School.
