Danielle R. Voorhees, Esq., is an Assistant Regional Director at the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement's Market Abuse Unit and Denver Regional Office. Prior to becoming an Assistant Regional Director, Danielle was an investigative staff attorney, including in the Asset Management Unit, and a trial attorney. During her career with the SEC, Danielle has investigated and litigated numerous enforcement matters involving a variety of securities law violations, including securities offering matters, public company accounting and disclosure matters, investment advisor misconduct, insider trading, and violations of Regulation SHO and other Exchange Act Rules. Before joining the SEC staff, Danielle worked as a litigation associate at a law firm where her practice focused on civil and criminal investigations, litigation, and trials.
