Nicole Abbott, Esq., is a senior associate in the Natural Resources Department and Environmental Practice Group of David Graham & Stubbs LLP. She has broad experience in the environmental, health and safety fields and has worked in both the private and public sectors. Her practice focuses on advising clients with respect to administrative enforcement, compliance, permitting and due diligence for business transactions. Her experience includes hazardous and solid waste regulation, hazardous materials transportation, water quality, underground storage tanks, and occupational safety and health matters. Before joining DGS, Ms. Abbott was a prosecutor for the Colorado Attorney General's Office in the Natural Resources Section, representing the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the Petroleum Storage Tank Committee, and she served as in-house counsel for State Farm Insurance for several years prior to that.
