Suzanne M. Leff, Esq., is a partner at Winzenburg, Leff, Purvis & Payne, LLP, in Littleton. Her practice focuses on general business representation of community associations, including document drafting and interpretation, covenant enforcement, and association governance. She regularly presents educational seminars to community association managers, board members, and homeowners. Suzanne is the immediate past Chair of the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association. She is a 2017 graduate of the Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training Program. Suzanne served for over a decade on the Community Associations Institute’s Colorado Legislative Action Committee (“CAI-CLAC”). In this capacity with CAI-CLAC, she actively represented the interests of community associations in negotiations on construction defect bills over several legislative sessions. Outside of the office, Suzanne devotes time to volunteer activities that support education opportunities in Denver Public Schools and enjoys cycling as a member of the Wheels of Justice team in the annual Courage Classic bike ride benefiting Children’s Hospital Colorado. Suzanne received her J.D. from the University of Colorado at Boulder School of Law and a B.A. in English and Professional Writing from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.
