Ellen Buckley is a legal editor in the publications department of CBA-CLE. Prior to joining CLE, Ellen practiced plaintiff's employment law for 10 years, with a focus on the Americans with Disabilities Act. She has written articles and been a speaker on employment law topics and domestic violence issues. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section and a former co-chair of the CBA's Disability Law Forum Committee and the AIDS and the Law Committee. She was vice president of the Colorado Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Association, where she remains a member. She is the chair of the City of Westminster Environmental Advisory Board. Ellen received her J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law and her B.A. in psychology and sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
