Michelle . Marcu
Michelle D. Marcu, Esq. is an Enforcement Attorney in the United States Environmental Protection Agency Region 8 Legal Enforcement Program, specializing in the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act. Ms. Marcu has worked for EPA since 1997 in all areas of environmental enforcement. She is the Immediate Past Chair of the Colorado Bar Association, Environmental Law Section. Ms. Marcu received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and her law degree from the University of Denver.
