Jeffrey P. Kerrane, Esq., is a partner at the law firm of Benson, Kerrane, Storz & Nelson, which represents homeowners and community associations in construction defect litigation and insurance claim disputes. Jeff has been representing homeowners and HOAs in construction defect litigation for more than 20 years. Jeff is a member of CAI's Colorado Legislative Action Committee and CAI's National Government and Public Affairs committee, both of which further legislation in support of homeowners and community associations. Jeff has testified numerous time before state land local legislative bodies regarding homeowner issues, including several of the cities that have recently passed construction defect ordinances. Additionally, Jeff has authored, on behalf of the Community Associations Institute, amicus curiae briefs for the Colorado Appellate and Supreme Court on the Vallagio case.
