Laura A. Menninger, Esq., a partner with Haddon, Morgan & Foreman, P.C., practices criminal defense and related civil litigation, specializing in white collar criminal defense matters. In 2018, she was inducted as a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. Ms. Menninger has been recognized as a Best Lawyer in America, White Collar Criminal Defense since 2015 and a 5280 Top Lawyer for Criminal Defense since 2016. She has lectured throughout Colorado on criminal defense and criminal procedure, motions practice, constitutional law, and securities fraud. Together with Jeff Pagliuca, she has co-authored “Professional Defense of the Accused,” Lawyers' Professional Liability in Colorado, since 2009. Ms. Menninger has tried dozens of state and federal cases, both criminal and civil, since moving to Colorado in 2002. She is on the CJA Standing Committee and Secretary of the Women's White Collar Defense Association.
