Rhonda White-Mitchell, Esq., is an Assistant Regulation Counsel for the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. In that capacity, she investigates complaints alleging unethical conduct filed against attorneys, Colorado magistrates, municipal judges, and administrative law judges. Ms. White-Mitchell received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and her law degree from the University of Toledo, College of Law. After graduation, she clerked for the Honorable Robert W. Wedemeyer at the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. Ms. White-Mitchell served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Colorado Office of the Attorney General in the Criminal Appellate Section from 2008-2011 and was in private practice with a focus on family law from 2012-2016. Prior to joining the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel, Ms. White-Mitchell conducted workplace investigations. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Women's Bar Association.
