OLIVIA D. LUCAS, ESQ. is Counsel with Faegre Baker Daniels LLP in Denver, Colorado. Ms. Lucas represents energy and industrial clients in environmental regulatory matters. She focuses on Clean Air Act issues in permitting, enforcement, and rulemaking matters before state and federal agencies. Ms. Lucas also advises on water resources issues, including representing clients in Colorado water courts. Ms. Lucas has concentrated recent speaking and writing engagements on developments in Clean Air Act regulation and litigation, including the dynamic landscape of environmental regulations related to oil and gas development. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Harvard University and clerked for Judge Rhesa H. Barksdale of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit after graduating from the University of Colorado School of Law.
