Honorable Marcus J. “Marc” Zarlengo is an administrative law judge for the Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation Prehearing and Settlement Conference Unit. Before joining the Division as a PALJ in June of 2020, Marcus served as in-house counsel for a large insurance carrier and trial attorney in private practice in both Colorado and Illinois. He represented injured workers, employers, and insurance carriers over the course of his career. Marcus graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a degree in economics and earned his J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law. In addition to serving as a judge for the Division of Workers' Compensation, he teaches legal courses for the Colorado Community College System.
