Kathryn (Katie) R. Tolison, Esq., graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado in 2000, then obtained her J. D. from the University Of Denver Sturm College Of Law. Katie developed her passion for family law when she practiced as a student attorney in the Student Law Office at DU. Today, Katie is a sole practitioner with Family Matters~The Law Office of Kathryn R. Tolison, LLC, in Henderson, Colorado. Designated as a Rising Star in 2011 and 2012, Katie focuses her practice solely on issues pertaining to family law. Katie is a member of the Colorado and Adams/ Broomfield Bar Associations and has lectured on issues involving spousal maintenance. Katie has judged several moot court trial competitions and has been elected to serve as a board member for the Susan G. Komen Denver Race for the Cure, Metro Volunteer Lawyers and The Senior Hub.
