Heather Kelly defends Colorado state agencies, institutions of higher education, and employees in state and federal court employment litigation. Ms. Kelly has represented clients in a wide range of employment matters, including claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and Fair Housing Act claims. Ms. Kelly routinely appears in federal and state court and has co-chaired over half a dozen jury trials. In addition to her practice, Ms. Kelly regularly lectures on legal issues related to evidence, ethics, and technology.
