Donna Walker has been a Staff Accountant for the Division of Enforcement in the Denver office of the Securities and Exchange Commission since 2001. Before joining the staff of the Commission, Ms. Walker was a Senior Manager in audit at KPMG LLP where she primarily served companies in the telecommunications industry. Ms. Walker has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Denver. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
