Daniel L. Jablonsky is DigitalGlobe's Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, from 2011 to March 2012, Mr. Jablonsky was a shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, a law firm, where he practiced corporate and securities law. From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Jablonsky practiced in-house at Flextronics International Ltd. holding roles as Interim General Counsel, Senior Corporate Counsel, Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to Flextronics, Mr. Jablonsky was a lawyer at UBS; managed insider trading and financial fraud cases in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission; and practiced corporate and securities law with O'Melveny & Myers LLP in Southern California. Before his legal career, Mr. Jablonsky served as an officer and nuclear engineer in the United States Navy. Mr. Jablonsky holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy where he was a Secretary of the Navy distinguished graduate, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
