Daniel H. Arnold

Daniel J. Arnold received his B.A. from the University of Puget Sound in 2000 and his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2003. After graduation from law school, Mr. Arnold worked for the Native American Rights Fund on matters involving Indian reserved water rights and tribal jurisdictional issues. Since 2004, Mr. Arnold has served as in-house counsel for the Denver Water Board, where he primarily practices water and environmental law. Mr. Arnold is a co-author of “Pagosa — The Great and Growing Cities Doctrine Imperiled: An Objective Look from a Biased Perspective,” 13 U. Denv. Water L. Rev. 283 (Spring 2010).
