Ryan Lessmann, Esq., is Office Managing Shareholder and the Litigation Manager in the Denver, Colorado, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. and practices primarily in the area of employment litigation, including representing employers against claims alleging discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination, matters involving trade secret protection, restrictive covenants and unfair competition, and various contract issues. Mr. Lessmann also counsels and defends employers in wage and hour compliance matters. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Lessmann was an associate at a large Denver law firm practicing in the areas of employment and general commercial litigation. After graduating from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2004, Mr. Lessmann served as a judicial clerk to The Honorable Nathan B. Coats of the Colorado Supreme Court. During law school, Mr. Lessmann was a summer clerk for the Honorable John Kane, U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
