Shilliday Law, PC.ROBERT J. SHILLIDAY III, ESQ. is an owner of Vorndran Shilliday, P.C., where his practice is focused upon representing both debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases, bankruptcy and commercial litigation, business reorganizations, out-of-court workouts, and other insolvency issues. Mr. Shilliday has successfully guided many individuals and business entities through Chapter 7 liquidations and reorganizations under Chapters 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Shilliday obtained his law degree with honors from the University of Minnesota School of Law and received his bachelor's degree, with distinction, from the University of Georgia. He served as the law clerk for the Honorable Samuel L. Bufford, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Shilliday also served as an Assistant Attorney General in the State of Colorado and was General Counsel for a Denver-based preengineered steel building manufacturer.
