Assistant Division Engineer
Kyle Whitaker grew up in western Colorado and attended Colorado State University where he received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and a M.S. degree in Hydraulic/Water Resources Engineering. Kyle worked as a consulting engineer before coming to the Division of Water Resources in 2000. He started his career with the Division of Water Resources as the Augmentation Plan Coordinator for Division 5 and is currently the Assistant Division Engineer for Water Division 5 in Glenwood Springs.
