Christine Ford is a Carrier Practices Auditor in the Insurance Compliance Unit of the Division of Workers' Compensation. Ms. Ford performs compliance reviews of the claims handling practices of insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured employers. Prior to joining the Division in 2000, she worked as a workers' compensation claims adjuster for an insurer and a third-party administrator. She has been in the insurance industry for 25 years.
