Quintana Law Firm LLCSal Quintana Esq., founded the Quintana Law Firm, LLC in 2011 to be able to provide his clients more personal service and attention in resolving their legal matters in a timely, efficient way, and to be able to better help those in need of legal representation. Mr. Quintana's areas of expertise focus on the practice areas of real estate law, estate planning, estate administration and probate, and related civil litigation. Mr. Quintana also has an extensive business background in addition to his legal experience. Prior to law school, he worked in public relations, fund raising, management, and marketing for universities and non-profit organizations. He was the director of alumni relations and co-founded and managed the professional mentoring program at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Prior to that he was the director of marketing for the University of Central Florida’s Alumni Association, Inc. in Orlando, Florida and previously he was the director of alumni affairs of New Mexico Highlands University Alumni Association, Inc. in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Prior to starting the law firm, he was an associate attorney at a mid-sized Denver law firm where he practiced real estate law and civil litigation and previous to that he was in-house counsel for Mines & Associates, P.C. where he advised its executive leadership on strategic planning, negotiations, corporate compliance and governance. During law school Sal served as a law clerk for the Colorado Supreme Court, Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel, was a corporate apprentice at the Great-West Life Assurance Company, and he also was a legal analyst at the First Data Corporation. Some of Mr. Quintana’s professional activities include being an active member in the Colorado Bar Association (“CBA”) and he served as the Denver Bar representative to the CBA’s Board of Governors. He is currently active with the trust & estate, real estate law, solo and small firm practice sections of the CBA. Mr. Quintana was also a member and graduate of the 2014 class of the CBA’s Leadership Training (COBALT) program. He was also an active member of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association (CHBA) and was a board of director member and is active with providing pro bono volunteering at the business legal nights at the Mi Casa Resource Center and with the Denver Bar Association’s pro se litigant’s legal clinics. He was also an active member of the Minoru Yasui American Inn of Court. Mr. Quintana has been an advisory board member and mentor to many law students through the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law professional mentoring program. Mr. Quintana is a native of Denver, Colorado and enjoys traveling, the mountains, skiing, biking, swimming, yoga, and public speaking.
