Thomas A. Bloomfield is an award-winning environmental, energy and natural resources attorney practicing with The Gallagher Law Group in Colorado and California. He represents clients in major litigation and administrative cases, including some of the most significant Colorado rulemakings over the past decade. He recently secured superior results in statewide rulemakings for oil and gas pollution controls, the Clean-Air-Clean-Jobs Act and Regional Haze, and each now serves as a model for the nation. In addition to his air quality and energy practice, Tom regularly advises clients on all aspects of soil, groundwater, and surface water pollution at Superfund and other sites, and toxic tort defense.
