Robin Nolan, Esq., is a partner at Spencer Fane and a member of the firm's Real Estate practice group, representing clients in transactional matters relating to the development, leasing, acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial real estate. Ms. Nolan assists her commercial real estate clients with negotiating and drafting documents for real estate projects from the ground up, including purchase and sale contracts, easements, title review, restrictive covenants, declarations and maintenance agreements, leases, financing documents, and construction contracts. She has authored and lectured on various real estate topics. Ms. Nolan previously served as a member and as the legislative policy officer on the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Council and served as the Director of Membership for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She currently is co-chair of the Legislative Policy Committee for the Colorado Bar Association.
