Robert L. Malman, Esq., graduated from the University of Indiana in 1969 with a B.S. in Finance, and obtained his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1972. He was admitted to the Ohio and Colorado Bars in 1973. He has been married for 36 years and has three sons. Mr. Malman has been a member of the CBA Executive Council since 1982, having been elected to that position by his peers. He has practiced exclusively in Family Law since 1980, and has handled over 2000 Family Law cases. Mr. Malman and his former firm were instrumental in passage of the Joint Custody legislation, and he has vigorously supported equity in family law for many years.
