Makyla Moody, Esq., is presently with the firm Greenberg & Sada, P.C., and licensed to practice law in Colorado and New Mexico. She currently focuses on providing a wide range of legal services to the credit and collection industry including, litigation services, compliance counseling, and assists with regulatory matters. In October 2014, she represented the collections industry as a panelist at a roundtable that was jointly hosted by the Federal Trade Commission and the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection f/k/a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Makyla routinely participates in efforts to advance the interests of the credit and collection industry in Colorado's legislative arena; including activities associated with the General Assembly's 2017 Sunset Review of the Colorado Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
