Lari B. Masten, MSA, CPA, ABV, CFF, CVA, CPVA, ABAR, MAFF is the managing director of Masten Valuation in Denver, Colorado. She focuses her professional time on litigation support involving economic damages analysis, business valuation, goodwill impairment testing, forensic analysis and consulting services as they apply to both private and public companies. Ms. Masten earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas Tech University, is a lead instructor with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) Training Development Team, and is the 18th recipient of NACVA's Circle of Light Award (NACVA's highest honor for Instructor distinction), as awarded her in June of 2015. In addition, she is the Chairman of the Editorial Board for The Value Examiner and an adjunct faculty member at the University of Denver, teaching the business valuation capstone graduate course in the School of Accountancy.
