Eric Vinton, Esq., is counsel in the Denver office of Bryan Cave HRO, where he practices in the Energy and Natural Resources CSG. Mr. Vinton counsels clients in various facets of oil and gas and mineral exploration and production, processing and transportation as well as other industry-specific matters. His experience includes a variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity financings, joint venture and joint operating arrangements, recapitalizations and reorganizations. Mr. Vinton received his B.A. degree from Georgetown University, and his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado School of Law.
