Kerry Schalders is Senior Counsel - Business & Transactions for Reed Group, Ltd. Reed Group is a leading supplier of state and federal employee leave management software and services, headquartered in Westminster, CO. Kerry's passion is drafting and negotiating complex agreements. She has extensive expertise from both the buyer side and the seller side. She previously served as Attorney for Strategic Procurements and Corporate Attorney for Dex One Corporation, with broad responsibilities for creating contract templates, negotiating the company's most key technology related transactions, and managing contract-related litigation. Kerry earned her J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. An expert at providing straightforward legal support to address real business issues, she trains attorneys and non-attorney practitioners. Kerry is a member of the ACC Colorado Chapter and the CBA Legal Fee Arbitration Committee. She has also served as Secretary of the ACC Litigation Committee.
