Jason R. Prussman

Jason Prussman, Esq., works as Corporate Counsel for Broomfield-based Level 3 Communications, LLC, a leading international provider of fiber-based communications services. As the company's employment attorney, Jason counsels the Human Resources Department and other business units on day-to-day employee relations matters and helps develop policies and compliance programs. Jason also represents Level 3 at the administrative stages of employee disputes and manages outside counsel when litigation arises. Prior to joining Level 3, Jason worked as a litigation associate at Husch Blackwell, where he focused mainly on employment litigation. He also enjoyed stints as a litigation associate at Holme Roberts & Owen (now Bryan Cave) and as a Research Analyst at the Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System at the University of Denver. Jason graduated from law school at the University of Colorado in 2003 and received his B.A. from Colorado State University in 1996.
