Craig W. Mueller
FisherBroyles LLPCraig Mueller's practice is primarily focused on preparation and prosecution of applications based on mechanical devices and related processes. His practice includes counseling clients on issues relating to all areas of intellectual property law, developing IP portfolios, drafting and prosecuting United States utility and design patent applications, protection of foreign intellectual property rights, preparation of patentability, freedom to operate, infringement and invalidity opinions, analysis of domestic and foreign patents, performing and supervising patent and assignee searches, and drafting technology related agreements. Craig was a senior engineer at Lockheed Martin Astronautics where he was a designer of the Atlas V launch vehicle liquid oxygen and RP1 feed systems. He also performed mechanical design structural analysis and testing of various Atlas V propulsion system components. Earlier he was a research assistant at the Aerospace System Design Lab at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
