Thomas D. Neville is a partner in the firm of Ogborn Mihm, LLP. He graduated from Gonzaga University with a degree in History. He received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2003, where he served on the board of editors for the Denver University Law Review. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable JoAnne Vogt, the Honorable Robert Kapelke, and the Honorable Robert Hawthorne, all of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
 
Mr. Neville’s practice focuses on appeals, insurance bad faith, personal injury, and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Neville has been selected as a Colorado Super Lawyer in Personal Injury since 2014. He is the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association’s Treasurer and co-chaired its Amicus Committee for eight years. He has argued before the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the South Dakota Supreme Court. His published decisions include Nunn v. Mid-Century Ins. Co., 244 P.3d 116 (Colo. 2010); Bedor v. Johnson, 292 P.3d 924 (Colo. 2013) (amicus); Bailey v. Duling, 827 N.W.2d 351 (S.D. 2013); and Calderon v. American Family Mutual Insurance Co., 383 P.3d 676 (Colo. 2016) (amicus).  Mr. Neville is admitted to practice in the state courts of Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
