Joseph E. Lubinski, Esq., is a partner at MDH Law Group LLC in Denver. His practice includes experience with virtually all aspects of real estate transactions, including project financing, acquisitions, development, dispositions, and loan workouts and foreclosures. Joey is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers as well as the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. He is a former Chair of the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association and a current member of the executive council of the Real Property Trust and Estate Section of the American Bar Association.
