Joseph E. Lubinski, Esq., is a partner at MDH Law Group LLC where he maintains a diverse transactional real estate practice with particular expertise in development and real estate finance. Over the course of his career, Joey has represented lenders, borrowers, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants on commercial real estate projects big and small across Colorado. Joey is a Fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers as well as the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. He is a former Chair of the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association and a current member of the executive council of the Real Property Trust and Estate Section of the American Bar Association.
