Jody Grantham has been a hearing officer for the Office of the State Engineer and the Colorado Ground Water Commission since 2002, and has worked in various capacities at the Office of the State Engineer since 1987. He has an extensive background as a practicing mediator, focusing on employee-employer dispute resolution, equal employment opportunity/discrimination, and water right disputes. Prior work history includes his own private mediation and organizational development firm, management of the Colorado Department of Human Services mediation program, and work at the Attorney General’s Office.
