Stephanie Loughner, Esq., is co-leader of the firm’s Employment Group and has a diverse corporate and commercial law practice that has led to considerable experience in the area of employment law. Stephanie supports her clients from the inception of business and hiring of the first employee, through compliance reviews, compensation and benefits, employee management, policy matters, and disputes. She assists clients with audits, EEOC or other state charges, severance and termination, employee handbooks, drafting employee and contractor agreements, and policies and procedures. She acts as an employment law resource to many of the firm’s clients as an advisor and consultant. In addition, Stephanie creates and provides data privacy and intellectual property protections for her clients which are critical to a successful business and workforce. Stephanie is a regular presenter on employment topics including presenting at CLEs, conferences, and firm events. She has been recognized as a Colorado Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2013 - 2017 and serves on the Colorado Community Board for the American Diabetes Association.
